• Technical lead for client portfolio with total ARR over $7mm; 115% net retention over 2.5 year period
• Drive all aspects of strategic customer engagement and enablement, including project/engagement
delivery, managing support issues and escalations, regular touch points, steering intelligence and
business reviews, and managing ad-hoc intelligence requirements and workflow development.
•Assist clients with creating and developing cyber threat intelligence programs, including the creation of a Priority Intelligence Requirements program and assisting in the full scale intelligence cycle.
•Led team of 35 operations analysts responsible for providing analysis and mitigation strategies against a significant cyber threat emanating from a nation state actor against critical U.S. financial, energy, and computer network infrastructure.
• Developed standard operating procedures on network analysis and exploitation methods adopted by multiple teams across U.S. Cyber Command and the National Security Agency (NSA).
• Chosen to serve as the single liaison between NSA and teams from a separate U.S. intelligence agency focused on multiple regional threats.
• Excelled in a variety of management, intelligence, and cyber security roles, ranging from conducting human intelligence interrogations, interviews, and analysis as a U.S. Army soldier in Afghanistan to providing signals intelligence and cyber support to intelligence agencies as a civilian.
• Designed and implemented strategies for cyber support teams from ground up, enabled teams to achieve substantially higher outcomes and deployed strategy across enterprise
• Served in Afghanistan, conducting over 800 interrogations of enemy combatants resulting in thousands of intelligence reports assisting U.S. Joint Special Operations Command tactical warfighters.
• Graduated with honors from Defense Language Institute in Modern Standard Arabic and achieved a working proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking Modern Standard and Levantine Arabic.
